Subscribe to our list server

When you subscribe to our list server, two messages will be e-mailed to you:

The first message, sent to you immediately, acknowledges your subscription request. It begins:
"Your request ... has been forwarded to the list owner for approval."
The second message is sent to you when your request is approved. It begins:
"You have been added" ...

After you receive the second message, you may introduce yourself and send messages to the group.
